Return and Refund Policy
We get it, sometimes things you buy on the internet are not exactly what you wanted or expected.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, scroll to the bottom of this page and fill out the form. We’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. A flat fee of $7 for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Problems with your order: We know our buds are excited to get their Root for Hemp goods. If there is a problem with any items in your order, please reach out right away so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The quickest way to get the alternative Root for Hemp goods you want is to place a new order. Separately, we will refund you for returned items from your prior order once we receive them.
Refunds: Once we receive your return items, we will issue your refund on the the original payment method within 5 business days. Trust us, we wish the banks could move faster too, but please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to post to your bank account.
